Student Health Insurance
Brochures and applications for Domestic and International Student Health Insurance plans for Fall 2009 are available at the Student Services counter, located on the third floor of the University Union. International students are required by the University to have major medical health insurance coverage. International coverage begins 8/15/2009 and expires 08/15/2010 for the Fall 2009/Spring 2010 plan. You can also register online at www.csuhealthlink.com. For more information please call 278-7916.
Deadline for enrolling for the domestic student health insurance is 10/15/2009 for the Fall 2009 and 3/14/2010 for the Spring 2010 plans. Coverage begins 8/15/2009 and expires 8/15/2010. To be eligible you must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 units or an enrolled graduate student.
