ASI President Melissa Bardo  presented Anthony Sadler with a special resolution on Saturday, September 26 at the Hornet football game. The resolution crafted by the Associated Student’s Board of Directors honored Sadler, who along with his two friends Alek Skarlatos and Spencer Stone saved the lives of over 500 passengers aboard a French train when they helped thwart a heavily armed gunman.

Sadler is a senior undergraduate student at Sac State studying Kinesiology with an emphasis in Conditioning and Coaching. He is a member of the social fraternity, Kappa Sigma, and a member of the Philosophy Club.

ASCSUS, on behalf of more than 30,000 Sacramento State students, commends the bravery and heroic acts demonstrated by Sacramento State student, Anthony Sadler and his friends, Alek Skarlatos and Spencer Stone.
