On June 16th, Peak Adventures will be hitting up the South Fork of the American River and students can go at a discounted price. The South Fork offers scenic views of the canyon walls with some wet and wild fun. Start on the milder class II section then paddle through class III rapids such as Fowler’s Rock, Satan’s Cesspool and Hospital Bar. CHECK OUT MOVIE
One of the best things about going to the movies is the air conditioning! You can cool off for a few hours and catch one of the best new flicks! The ASI Student Shop, located on the 3rd floor of the University Union, sells Regal United Artist movie tickets for just $7.25! That is a huge savings and a great way to stay cool.
GRAB AN ICE COLD DRINK
What is better than an ice cold drink? We are fans of the Jamba Juice on the first floor of the Union. Their fruit and veggie smoothies combine two servings of fruit and one serving of veggies in every blended-to-order smoothie.
