Enrollment

A waiting list is maintained by the Children's Center. Children are enrolled from the waiting list according to the following criteria:

Parent Status (Student or Staff/Faculty) Date the child was placed on the waiting list Age of child Schedule of requested care Enrollment priority for non-subsidized families is as follows: Re-enrollment of continuing students, staff and faculty families Sacramento State students from waiting list Sacramento State staff/faculty from waiting list Wait list application can be found here. Subsidy

Student parents may apply for child care fee assistance. To qualify, student parents must meet eligibility requirements regarding income and need established by the State Department of Education. Subsidy funds are awarded contingent upon eligibility priority and availability of funds. Subsidy fees are based on a sliding scale.

Enrollment priority & ranking for subsidized families is as follows:

• Total # of household
• Gross Monthly income (please see front office for more information)

The Children's Center offers a sibling discount of 10% for the second child and 25% for the third child.
