With the first week of lecture over and the month of February beginning, it’s almost time for students to Run for Office. If you are a student that is looking for leadership experience or the chance to make a difference on campus then running for a position in ASI student government is perfect for you.

What is ASI government?

Associated Students, Inc., Board of Directors serves as the official governing body of Sacramento State students. It is comprised of a variety of students elected by the student body during the spring semester. The Board meets regularly to discuss issues facing the student body, and participation by the greater student community is highly encouraged. Recent additions to the Sac State campus that were initiated by the ASI Board members include The Farmers Market and Hydration Stations in the University Union.
