Brochures and applications for Domestic and International Student Health Insurance plans are available at the ASI Student Shop, located on the third floor of the University Union. International students are required by the University to have major medical health insurance coverage. International coverage begins 8/15/2012 and expires 08/15/2013 for the Fall 2012/Spring 2013 plan. You can also register online at www.csuhealthlink.com. Deadline for enrolling for domestic student health insurance is 10/15/2012 for the Fall 2012 and 3/16/2013 for the Spring 2013 plans. Coverage begins 8/15/2012 and expires 8/15/2013. To be eligible you must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 units or an enrolled graduate student.
