ASI BYLAWS & Operating Rules
BYLAWS
The ASI Bylaws serve as the core governing document of Associated Students, Inc. Some of the critical areas addressed are our legal name, our primary purpose and the limitations of our purview, the composition of our governing board, the definition of our membership, our election process and conflict resolution. Amendments to the Bylaws require a 2/3 majority approval of our voting membership.
OPERATING RULES
The ASI Operating Rules work in support of the ASI Bylaws, providing additional direction to the Board of Directors and Staff for the day-to-day governance and operation of the corporation.
