STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE
Brochures and applications for Domestic and International Student Health Insurance plans for Fall 2011 are available at the ASI Student Shop, located on the third floor of the University Union. International students are required by the University to have major medical health insurance coverage. International coverage begins 8/15/2011 and expires 08/15/2012 for the Fall 2011/Spring 2012 plan. You can also register online at www.csuhealthlink.com.
For more general information please call 916-278-7916. For specific coverage questions please call 916-231-3398 or 800-853-5899. Deadline for enrolling for domestic student health insurance is 10/15/2011 for the Fall 2011 and 3/14/2012 for the Spring 2012 plans. Coverage begins 8/15/2011 and expires 8/15/2012. To be eligible you must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 units or an enrolled graduate student.

Domestic Health Insurance can only be purchased online at www.csuhealthlink.com. International Health Insurance can be purchased at the Student Services Window or at www.csuhealthlink.com.
