Unity Chat Provides Free Coffee and Conversation

Posted by & filed under Campus Life.

Spring2013_ConvDid you know that there is free coffee and pastry served in the Hornet Bookstore the first Tuesday of each month? Tuesday, November 5th at 12:00 pm is the next opportunity for you to get some free caffeine, and mingle with peers, faculty and staff.

Everyone on campus is invited to attend this event, which is known as a “Unity Chat”. Sponsored by the President’s Committee to Build Campus Unity, these chats are intended to facilitate the discussion of any events or topics which pertain to our campus and the Sacramento community.

For students specifically, this is a great way to get some of your questions and concerns answered. Or, perhaps you have a specific issue you would like to raise to Sac State’s faculty and staff. All of this can be accomplished by attending a Unity Chat.

The last chat of the semester will be Tuesday, December 3rd, again at noon in the Hornet Bookstore. If you’d like to learn more information on the President’s Committee to Build Campus Unity, please contact the Office of University Advancement at (916) 278-7043.
